Rules for ANY hunt with JNA Outfitters
*Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in end of the days hunt or entire hunt if necessary.
- Consumption of alcohol will not be allowed prior to or during any hunt. If clients do choose to drink in the evenings we simply ask that you please drink responsibly.
- Upon entrance and exit of any field all firearms will be unloaded.
- There will be no taking or shooting at illegal game. If any illegal game is taken we will be forced to contact the proper authorities immediately and you will be asked to leave the field. In the event that a guide is fined for your actions, you will be responsible for all fines and attorney fees.
- All clients will abide by any other rules their guide requests in the field.
- All clients will be asked before their hunt to present a copy of all required permits, stamps, licenses, and Nebraska or South Dakota HIP numbers if applicable. Your home state HIP number does not count.
- All clients will be given a copy of our formal rules and regulations and a copy of the Lacey Act and asked to sign that they have read these agreements and agree with the terms.
